Why there is no cookie banner

There is no banner because the site itself sets no cookies: no accounts, no saved preferences, no basket, no advertising network, and no local or session storage anywhere on it. What can land in your browser comes from the two measurement scripts named below and from the platforms you click through to, so the honest thing is to list them rather than ask you to dismiss a box.

If you are somewhere that analytics cookies need consent, a content blocker or your browser's cookie settings stop them outright, and nothing on the site breaks without them.

Cookies that can still appear

Three sources, all third-party:

• Google Analytics 4 - counts visits and shows which pages are read and which links are followed. It sets Google's own cookies (`_ga`, `_ga_*`) and records an approximate location derived from your IP, your device and where you arrived from, under Google's privacy policy. Audience measurement only, never advertising.
• GetYourGuide partner analytics - so that platform can credit a booking to the page that referred it. Its cookies are set and read by GetYourGuide under its own policy.
• Booking platforms you click through to, including hotel sites reached through Stay22, and embedded maps or videos once you interact with them. Each sets its own cookies on its own domain, under its own terms.

Security and delivery

Cloudflare, which serves the site, may set a strictly necessary token to tell human traffic from automated abuse. It carries no advertising function and identifies no one personally.

How to control them

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies, per site or entirely, in its privacy settings, and a content blocker stops the analytics script loading at all. The guide is static text and images, so blocking everything costs you nothing here and the pages read exactly the same.
